after toiling and sweating and crying blood for nearly 2 weeks i've finally got the results i wanted.but there's a twist in the plot.my gel image was spoiled.some stupid dongkoi didn't clean the uv illuminator surface and littered it with pieces of ethidium bromide gel.me yang malang didn't realize it and put my precious gel on top of it...argh!!!i can see the bands nicely but those unwanted gel pieces blotched the whole picture.tried to remove it but it's stuck.no choice,have to rerun my gel 2mrw.hopefully i can remember to wipe the surface first this time.shows how very inconsiderate some people are.dammit lah...clean up the mess you make lah!!!geram betul.

world cup 2006 has come to an end.poor zidane...what an ugly exit...my heart bled for france.few friends told me that materazzi provoked him with some racist remarks.is it true?haven't had time to check online and confirm it.i hope that dumb italian have zidane's head-butt mark on his chest the rest of his miserable life...oh,and also poor,poor trezeguet.i can understand (almost lah) the pressure to score the penalty shootout.summore the whole world's watching you...
so,bye-bye world cup.will wait for you in another 4 years...bye-bye zidane.whatever the end is,head-butt or not,the whole world knows you're a hell of a player...
