oh noes. i didn't watched tear-jerking doramas for so long, i've forgotten how sad they could be.

CSI

went to feringghi beach last week and bought CSI:vegas 2nd season. tried to watch the 23-episodes back 2 back this week but too many things needed my attention. but still, i've managed it to finish it today. i've always thought the series was great. science at it's coolest. and the state-of-the-art equipments and analytical machines...drool... there's this one episode that shows the actors using this very,very cool GC machine. agilient technologies, auto multiple sample injector. oooh... what i would do to put my hands on one. not to mention nick stokes (played by george eads)...THAT is one hot scientist. i wonder why nobody in my school looks like him?? hohoho... can't wait to go feringghi again to buy the next season.

went to see Pirates of the Caribbean:Dead Man's chest.Orlando Bloom...drool....Johnny Depp...double drool....
dragged 2 of my friends along with me.the funny thing was,the one who insist that he will be bored and fell asleep was the one who sat thru the whole movie without flinching,whilst the one who was excited to watch it snored the 2nd hour of it...ape lah....
for me i really enjoyed it.there's no deep thoughts or need for analyzing the movie.it's plain fun and adventure.u juz sit back and enjoy...i've read that some critics said that the movie was "mindless","no story line" and "pointless".duh...u want minds,storylines and points u go stick with syriana or da vinci code.wat do you expect from a movie that on the 1st place was based on a ride??these critics are the ones who's pointless and mindless if u ask me.ape lah.....
by the way,will go see again next week with another group of friends.ala...don't merajuk la...ajaklah saya....hehehe....

TwisTs and PLoTs

FINALLY...
after toiling and sweating and crying blood for nearly 2 weeks i've finally got the results i wanted.but there's a twist in the plot.my gel image was spoiled.some stupid dongkoi didn't clean the uv illuminator surface and littered it with pieces of ethidium bromide gel.me yang malang didn't realize it and put my precious gel on top of it...argh!!!i can see the bands nicely but those unwanted gel pieces blotched the whole picture.tried to remove it but it's stuck.no choice,have to rerun my gel 2mrw.hopefully i can remember to wipe the surface first this time.shows how very inconsiderate some people are.dammit lah...clean up the mess you make lah!!!geram betul.

world cup 2006 has come to an end.poor zidane...what an ugly exit...my heart bled for france.few friends told me that materazzi provoked him with some racist remarks.is it true?haven't had time to check online and confirm it.i hope that dumb italian have zidane's head-butt mark on his chest the rest of his miserable life...oh,and also poor,poor trezeguet.i can understand (almost lah) the pressure to score the penalty shootout.summore the whole world's watching you...
so,bye-bye world cup.will wait for you in another 4 years...bye-bye zidane.whatever the end is,head-butt or not,the whole world knows you're a hell of a player...

i know i'm a bit behind of time...desperate housewives is olredi in it's 2nd season,and i just only discovered why my friends really,really liked it.and why it had won many,many awards...
it all begins...when i have to stay back in lab and was getting fed up wif the work i'm doing.suddenly i was thinking "hey,emi(my friend in another lab)has the whole season 1 of desperate housewives in her hardisk.why not i juz download it to my lab's pc and kill time watching it." 1st thing u have to know is actually i'm not into this kind of drama series.Lost,CSI,NCIS are more my kind of thing.when the 1st episode finished it doesn't take me 3 secs to click the next episode.then the next one,then another...the next thing i know,i've already watched 16 episodes straight.non-stop.isk,isk,isk...
so now,i'm hopelessly,slowly and surely becoming a fan of desperate housewives.desperately waiting for the next episode....
